My nephew's 1st hair-cut!!

This week flies pretty quickly, right? I can't believe that It's Saturday again..
Or was it just only me? hehehe~~

And so it has been a week since my nephew's 1st birthday party and yesterday, my sister & his grandma took him to his first ever hair-cut at Cuts for Tots Kiddie Salon in Mall of Asia.

Awww.. I wish I was there to witness this tremendous event!!

And now our baby looks like a real boy now!! (^_^)

A haircut in Cuts for Tots costs Php 400.00. A little bit pricey but worth it considering how careful they'll cut your child's hair. The package also include a certificate and a before & after documentation picture of his first hair-cut!

Till next time my Lovelies!

Geez, I badly need a whole body massage.

Xian's 1st "Yeehaw" Party ♡

A year ago today, I became a first time aunt. (^_^)

I feel like it was only yesterday when I first held & carried my nephew in the hospital when he was born. He was such a cute, bouncy baby. And because my sister delivered him in a C-section, my mom & I would go shifting to change his diaper & feed him every 2 hours. My mom was the one who look after him in the morning till the afternoon then my shift starts at the afternoon till the rest of the evening. And now, our little darling just turned 1 today. I can't believe how fast time has flown!!!

It's amazing watching him develop & grow into a little person. And in fact, he's getting mischievous now. ;) He'll take his pillow, bottle or toy then he'll look at you & throw it violently on the floor. hehehe~~ my mom said he got that exact naughty trait from me when I was still a baby.

And because I'm an excited aunt.. I immediately uploaded some of his birthday pictures today right after the party. Xian celebrated his 1st "Toy Story/Cowboy" themed party at Mcdonalds New Molino in Bacoor.

Personalized cake by TJ's Bake Shop

Mcdo offers variety of themed parties such as Ronald Mcdonalds & the Gang, Disney Princess, Hannah Montana, Ben10, Toy story and etc. My sister picked the Toy story as I suggested her that since Woody is a cowboy pull-string doll, why not pull a cowboy themed as well by requesting the guests to come in their best cowboy outfits..

Ehheeemmmmm..
Well, since this was all my brilliant idea.. I thought I'd share you my outfit today. *evil laugh*

Blue & red checkered shirt from freeway, my old blue pants, boots from **guess what** -- Ukay-ukay and finished off with an easy & messy braided hair that my bestfriend, May Ann, did. ;)

So here's my cousin who won the best cowboy outfit in the male category. With his best effort, no doubt he won!
With the family ;)

Me, my sister & Xian ;)

As always, me and my girls were goofing around again and Faye's acting like she's Anne Curtis. ;)

Behind the scene. LOL. May's doin' my braids.

My mom, Ate Ycai & Xian

and Calix. ^^

That's all for now ;) Again, Happy Birthday Xian.
May you grow up to be a well-rounded & God-fearing man just like Tita. ;) ;) ;)

Goodnight loves

10 Random Things

Hello strangers! (^_^)

I know I haven't blogged for a while.. that's just because I've been busy and lazy lately and I run out of things to write. hehehe~~ forgive me my lovelies!! ;)

Anyway, today I thought I'd share you some ramdom things/thoughts that I  personally think were really hilarious-- things that I love that has happened for the last couple of weeks.

So let's start. ;)

1. Fifty Shades

I've spent hours.. as in hours of my weekend reading fifty shades trilogy which has been the much-discussed erotic novel world-wide.  But it's not as bad as you think it is. I'm one of those millions of women who ended up addicted to this book not because of its BDSM and erotic element but more on the romantic and well-casted characters of this novel most specifically the dreamy CEO, Mr. Christian Grey. He's too addicting that I even dreamed of having an intimate & romantic dinner by the yacht with him the other day-- and the guy who's playing his role is Fergie's uber hot and delicious husband, Josh Duhamel. My goodness! I feel guilty fantasizing other woman's husband. But Fergie, you can't blame me right?

2. My Nails this week.

Nothing really special. Just wanna share it **laugh**

3. My majestic, heart-shaped gold mirror in the office that I got for only 49.75php.

Also, nothing's so special. I just think its lovely.. ;)

4. Our Senior Manager

I adore our Senior Manager. She's classy, beautiful and not to mention, very kind and approachable. I love that she dresses and thinks like a boss but acts like a classy lady. So here she is with her very cute son that I secretly glean at her Twitter account. **evil laugh**

5. Lighted Scented Candle

Our senior manager gave me this to create a good aura and aromatic scent to our office. Gah, how come she exactly knows what am I thinking? I was really contemplating of buying this one soon. True enough, vain girls flock together. ^_^

6. My Korean Crush's reply to my birthday greetings to him in Facebook!

I know I may sound weird, pathetic and all but I literally hugged my monitor when I saw his reply on my birthday greetings to him in facebook---Too happy that I even print-screen it. ;)

So there.. I just shared to the world who my crush is but its okay though coz i know he doesn't even know this account exists. ;(

7. Lee Min Ho!

I've heard that Lee Min Ho is coming to the Philippines sometime this October or November for his bench endorsement. Geez.. I can't wait!!!

8. Calix's face

I just think Calix face's in this photo looks so hilarious. LOL

9. Tito Ike's visits in the Philippines.

My Uncle, who is based from Australia, visits us yearly for a month stay. And whenever he's here he would organize a family get-together which makes us even more bonded. And for this year's event, we had a pool party!!

PS: I'm not there coz I was busy singing in the karaoke. ;)

10. True Love..

And lastly, my most favorite and touching one..

My Antie's husband died last month after almost a year of battling from gallbladder cancer and we went to their house last week to commemorate Tito Jake's 40th day death anniversary. And to my suprised when I entered their room.. My Antie posted his husband face all over their bedroom wall like an idol's number one fan. **Sweet** It really made me teary-eyed. Sniff sniff.

I hope everyone's having a wonderful..long, weekend!

Revlon Colorstay Pressed Powder Compact Review

I've been in a haunt lately to try for a new compact foundation/pressed powder after finishing 3 refills of my favorite Shiseido Sheer Matifying Compact Foundation that I am so inlove with as you know, I am always on the look out to try for a new products. And since I've been raving about how much i love Revlon Photoready Liquid Foundation, I'd thought to try one of their pressed powder from the line Revlon Colorstay. The packaging is just a simple round black case with a white "Revlon" print on top.

I picked the light-medium shade that's closest to my skin tone but unfortunately, it just gave me an utter disappointment as I was really expecting a lot from this product. When I first applied it, I was very happy that it gave me a matte and flawless finish. However after few hours, I noticed that my face looks more oily and darker. I dont know if it's my fault for choosing a wrong shade as I remember just now that if you're acidic, you must picked a lighter shade than your natural skin tone ( that's what the Revlon Sales Lady advised), however, what I am more concern about is the oily look that it gives me. ;( So now I feel that my 825php was just a waste of money and yeah, im back with my compact foundation search again **

do you have any recommendation for a new compact pressed powder/foundation? Please let me know ;)

Faceshop's "Face It lesson" 4 Minute Smokey Kit Review ♡

Last Sunday, I received this Face shop's "Face It Lesson" 4 minute smokey kit as a present from my good korean guy friend who visited the country. =D Thanks a lot Greg. Chincha jowahe! ;)

The kit came in a very cute packaging with everything you needed to get started. It consists of 4 gradation eye shadow, mascara, eye pencil, sponge applicator and a guide leaflet for an easy to follow steps for a perfect celebrity smokey eye [which i unfortunately didn't understand because it's written in korean. ] However, you can check their website as I've heard they're providing a video guide for it. ;)

Such a gorgeous colours!
I forgot to put a lipgloss. yikes
Left angle. Hair's still wet =D
I didn't follow the step as I am trying to make a more wearable smokey even for day time. And so far, I am loving this kit so much. The colors are well pigmented and stays on the whole day. Even the pencil liner doesn't smudge and fade. I haven't checked in Faceshop's stores yet if this kit is already available in the Philippines but if so, I recommend you to give it a try. ;)

Annyeong! (^_^)
